People Festival
People Festival is a non-profit organized by individuals and sponsored by area churches businesses who believe that people matter! We all matter to GOD and to each other. People Festival believes that the greatest privilege and the most precious gift we have received is the Love of God through Jesus Christ. Our Mission is to provide a weekend of great music, good news, and family fun for all people of Contra Costa County area.
People Festival is an outdoor festival complete with a stage for live music, extreme sports competition, providing games, food, and live entertainment to families and children of all ages. People Festival seeks dedicated volunteers- individuals and groups welcome! This is a volunteer driven Festival. We cannot do it without your help. We are in need of 2000 volunteers.
We understand that your time is valuable! Your life is valuable! Make a difference by spending your volunteer time spreading the good news that people are important while making new friends, enjoying the sunshine, listening to great music and be a huge blessing to strangers and friends during the weekend of September 6 -7, 2008 from 11AM-7PM. This is a great chance to help the community while having a blast!
