Organization Description:
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice provides in home services for clients of all ages to include Private Duty Nursing, Medicaid in home services, private duty, home health, and hospice services. We service clients in Jackson, Cass, Clay, Ray, and Layfette counties in Missouri, and Leavenworth, Johnson, Wyandotte, Miami, and parts of Douglas counties Kansas. Volunteers are utilized in the hospice program to include administrative help and client direct services.
