Organization Description: Prosperity International Network was Formally known as Global Prosperity, a community based and non government organization and is a fully registered Organization with Ministry of Internal Affairs Uganda with Certificate No. 87272.and is limited by guarantee. And is operating in slams and rural areas in Uganda East Africa .

Our targeted beneficiaries are the vulnerable children, youth and orphans, less advantaged and voiceless communities.

Mission, To promote Volunteerism, good education, health, through health education, construction of hospitals and Nursing schools and homes for the Vulnerable Children, promote education through school construction, Scholarship Awards and skills training to empower the youth, orphans and disadvantaged vulnerable communities here in Uganda and if funded we exceed to the whole of East Africa.

Objectives: To promote education, Health, other welfare support to orphans, Widows, the Elderly and their families by promoting their economic self reliance and progress.

-To promote Capacity building for manpower development through formal and non formal education, skills equipping, training and talent development of her target groups and the community.

-To enhance and encourage income generation projects and enterprise support to her target groups and members in the community for socio-economic development and sustainability.

Programme areas
Education: This includes sensitization programes, psychological education like counseling, skills training for the youth and children.

Health- improving health situations of people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, malaria prevention and control, psychological support through counseling.

Economic empowerment- This focuses on business skills training, empowering communities start income generating activities, entrepreneurship etc.

Opportunity Description: Volunteers will be able to do any work of their choice at the school or hospital according to the work plan or mission work that is available.

Program Types: We need Volunteers that can both Organize Fundraising Events in their countries and others that can volunteer in our work places at the school and Hospital.

Requirements for Volunteers: Every Volunteer is required to Make a small Volunteer fee of $600 that should assist the organisation to prepare things like medical insurance, Security, Transport pic up to and from the Airport and accommodation of the one month to be spent at the organisation.


Virtual Volunteer: Volunteer from home, your work, or wherever is convenient from you. Especially relevant for technical and professional volunteering such as web design, accounting, research, grant-writing, or public relations. All of these can be done via phone, email, fax, or online.
