We are a non profit day care that caters to the lower income families of poughkeepsie ny. Many of our families rely heavily on social services help and sometimes find it difficult to pay for services.
Poughkeepsie Day Nursery is a Child Care and Early Education program, which has served families in this community since 1907. Our main purpose in operating is to have a positive impact on the lives of the children and families we serve. Poughkeepsie Day Nursery provides safe, affordable and high quality child care for the families of the community that we serve. In doing so, we support families in their efforts to reach their goals. We provide a cognitively based program for children ages 2yrs. and 9 months to 12years old. We provide a home like environment where children are encouraged to develop at their own pace. The PDN staff is committed to the families we serve, providing support and encouragement.
