Organization Description:
PPL is a 37-year old community-based nonprofit organization serving the Twin Cities metro area. PPL "helps people help themselves"; we manage 800+ units of affordable and supportive housing, offer employment training and computer access labs for those with multiple barriers to employment, build community through self-sufficiency programs at housing complexes and help youth succeed in school and in life through a preschool, alternative high schools, a charter school and youth development programs.
