Pui Tak Christian School
Pui Tak Christian School is a unique Christian Preschool and Elementary school in the heart of Chicago's Chinatown. Begun as a Preschool in 1953 and expanded to K-6th grades in 2001, Pui Tak Christian School (PTCS) is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International and is registered with the Illinois State Board of Education as a nonpublic or private, elementary school. The City of Chicago and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services license the Preschool for 3 and 4 year olds.
Pui Tak Christian School's mission is to create an educational environment that encourages students to develop exceptional character traits and a love for learning. We are committed to training and nurturing students in their intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth. All students, regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, gender, religion, age, and disability, are welcome at Pui Tak Christian School.
We believe in God, the Creator of all things, the Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit), the authority and authenticity of the Bible as the word of God, in the sinfulness of man, the redemption of man only through faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior. We believe man is saved by faith alone, not by any good works.
