Organization Description: 

When the course of a disease or illness indicates a life expectancy of six months or less, QualCare Hospice gives the patient and their family the option to focus on living. We offer a compassionate alternative to conventional medical care. QualCare Hospice specializes in home hospice care bringing the care one deserves into their home or related facility where the patient resides, as in, nursing homes, skilled nursing facility, assisted living communities, board and care, or residential care for the elderly.
