Organization Description:
RealOptions Pregnancy Medical Clinics is a non-profit, 501(c3) that has served over 100,000 women, men, students, and children in Santa Clara County since 1981. We operate three medically licensed clinics located at East San Jose, Central San Jose and Mountain View. We provide compassionate medical services to women facing pregnancy decisions; parenting and adoption support services, and prevention education to students with engaging interactive presentations. We also provide post-abortion healing to women and men through Rachel's Vineyard Retreats and local support groups. All services are free of charge, confidential, and provided without government funding.
