Rhema Bridges Of Hope

We believe in the FATHER, the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT. We are witnesses for the gospel of JESUS CHRIST and we take HIS WORD and HIS love to the streets or wherever life has driven HIS sheep to. It doesn't matter where you are or what you've done, our church's doors are open to you. We come forth to deliver the message of hope to a hopeless nation. We pledge our lives to Christ and covenant with one other to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing, and ministering to the needs of the people of the church and the community.

We believe:
1. The perfect bond of unity is love. The root of every issue stems from a lack of unity and a lack of unity stems from a lack of love. GOD is love and when love is not present, the world falls into a state of turmoil. "And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do." (Genesis 11:6)
Our mission is to unify the people of GOD so they can access the blessings that are available for a people united. We are the only ones who can fulfill the prayer of Jesus in John 17. We have to make a commitment to walk in love. "And beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity." (Colossians 3:14)
2. Love is demonstrated through words, but even more through actions. CHRIST not only told us that HE loved us, but HE demonstrated HIS love for us throughout the course of HIS life here on earth and HE continues to demonstrate HIS eternal love for us. "In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. " (1 John 4:9)
Our mission is to demonstrate the love of GOD by allowing ourselves to be used by HIM in the lives of others. We don't just preach the gospel, but we are the gospel as we are a people sent forth by the WORD to provide for the needy, the sick and the shut in.
3. One must be baptized with water, fire and the HOLY SPIRIT. "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire." (Matthew 3:11) "For John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit... you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Our mission is to win souls for CHRIST and offer baptism services to HIS people where the old man can be submerged and resurrected as a new man in CHRIST.
4. Healing is available to the people of GOD. "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him and by His stripes, we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5)
Our mission is to deliver the WORD of GOD so that HIS people can utilize the healing power of GOD through the activation of their faith. "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." We teach the message of love, repentance and deliverance to position the people to walk in wholeness, thus glorifying the name of GOD. "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14) "The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them." (Matthew 11:5)
5. We believe that true repentance grants us access to GOD'S forgiveness through the Blood of JESUS.
Our mission is to be vessels of change, encouraging the remission of sins and the embracing of a new life in CHRIST. "And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee." (Luke 5:20)

Currently, we operate in the five full ministry.
 Food Pantry- Our food pantry reaches out the community and the members of the church once a month, providing hot meals for the homeless.
 Music Building Levites- Our Music Building Levites ministry ministers through praise and worship.
 Children Installing the WORD and Developing Future Leaders- Our children's ministry set in motion to teach and mature children and young adults in the WORD so that they can become future leaders and executors of change.
 Men and Women Ministries Creating Vessels For GOD- Volunteers come together to provide elder care to the elderly.
 Marriage Ministry- We lay the WORD foundation to building a better marriage.
