Rural Development College Research and Development Unit was established in 2014 to support The Diploma of Community Development students aimed at community leaders, managers and workers who would like to further their community collaboration skills and develop highly engaging programs, services and activities. Rural Development College Research and Development Unit offers a unique insight into current community development practice through the sharing of knowledge and experience with other program participants as well as interaction with community services and community development sector experts
