RUWDEC seeks to promote and enhance economic growth through social organization, project development, community health management, natural resource management, information technology, training and appropriate land use.
RUWDEC strives for excellence in rendering its services for the development of the local communities. This is done by using a dynamic and innovative approach to ensure community participation, to foster change and sustainable development in the local communities
