Organization Description:
Founded in 1999 by members of First Covenant Church, St. Paul, The Saint Paul Covenant was envisioned as a means to engage, enliven and embolden community through deliberate strategies to improve quality of life. The reenergized TSPC engages in academic and social support and arts education for children and youth along with strategic partnering in order to enhance lives, engage community and embolden individuals toward a better quality of life.
