At Santé Hospice and Palliative Care our vision is for hospice care that is individualized to each patient and includes complementary therapies in addition to traditional healthcare modalities. We believe in keeping patients and families together in the comfort of their homes preserving dignity and the important social value of keeping families together. We recognize the value of family members taking an active role in assisting with and supplementing the care given by formal caregivers
Santé Hospice and Palliative Care is a community of caregivers dedicated to the relief of physical and emotional suffering for hospice patients while also respecting individual choice and patient confidentiality. We pledge to honor what is most important to our patients and families by involving them in the ongoing plan of care and to support opportunities for growth with dignity throughout their end-of-life journey.
