We offer one-on-one tutoring from 3-5:30pm Monday through Friday during the school year. We accept our students by their teacher's referral and follow their advice to strength the skills they where they are weak. I am a retired educator joined by awesome volunteer tutors who all want to see these young K-2nd grade children succeed.
The Mission of this nonprofit is to encourage young students that they can learn by offering tuition-free afterschool and summer tutoring. We specifically work with those children who have ADHD, learning disorders, or high-functioning autistics. Our vision is to strengthen young children?s academic and social skills, primarily in the foundational areas of reading and language acquisition, so that these youngsters will progress through the upper grades with greater self confidence to the completion of their secondary education.
All of our staff are Christian and we point the children to the wisdom, strength, and comfort of looking to God. We do have children who are Muslim and Hindu in our school system, so we are careful to generally mention God as our present Help.
