Mission Statement:

The mission of SitterSource is in pursuit of the following principles:

Educate. SitterSource is committed to informing the youth about the responsibility of being a childcare provider. We also want to make the experience for the children they are taking care of to have an enjoyable time by providing resources on activities, easy recipes, and creative crafts for sitters to bring along with them.

Support. The motto of SitterSource is “for sitters, by sitters”. SitterSource believes the best people to help support each other are by those in the same field and encourage learning through each others experiences by creating a network of other like minded individuals.

Inspire. SitterSource wants to help the youth realize the entrepreneur within them by providing entrepreneurial articles for the young business owners and in turn realizing their goals for their future. Babysitting extends beyond caretaking, they have to face the obstacles of acquiring new clients, settings rates, booking new or consistent jobs, and much more.
