SOUNDS OF HOPE CHILDREN AND YOUTH CENTRE

Organization Description: 

After analyzing the situation in which the children of Bukulula Sub county in Kalungu East County Masaka District, we understood that there is great need of intervention so as to help save the children, youths and their families in the needing states of living they are going through. There fore SOUNDS OF HOPE CHILDREN AND YOUTH CENTRE was started as one of the ways through which needy and orphaned children, youth and their families can be helped and access needed basic needs and other requirements of life. This is done to extend the helping hand to the great demand of such services from the Government and local leadership.
This Children‚?s centre was started in 2005 by Joseph Kirabira (university student now) who grew up from a poor family totally tested the cruelty of a poor environment but ended up joining University of Mbarara University of Science and Technology for a medicine and surgery course in year 2007 and also decided seek assistance from individuals, institutions etc to help other needy children to have hope for better life. He started with seeking voluntary services from his fellow medical students who come and extend medical services to the beneficiaries of centre in conjunction with available health institutions like clinics, dispensaries etc.
