Step Up foundation Inc

Organization Description: 

The Step Up Foundation is a two year program established with a main goal to provide care and supervision to person who are parolees or probationers who need 24 hr. care in a home setting environment. Client are monitored throught therapeutic groups and other support systems allowing them to function in the most normal and comfortable manner as in their own home. To provide residential stability, assist in developing living skills, income, self-assertiveness, determination and taking resposilility. Three phases to the program. Each phases involves focusing on core issuse including anger management, conflict resolution, relapse prevention, parenting skills, GED preparation and job readinesss.
