At Ten Thousand Villages, customers embark on a one-of-a-kind shopping experience that enriches their personal style and provides vital, fair income to tens of thousands of artisans around the world. Our sales staff and volunteers exude passion for our products and the people-driven mission behind them, offering an enthusiastic welcome to both new and returning customers.

Ten Thousand Villages markets products through multiple sales channels, from our nationwide retail network of 75 stores to a comprehensive e-commerce website. We also work as a wholesaler to supply several hundred retailers nationwide. Additionally, local groups at churches, colleges and community centers around the country host Festival Sales, our company's oldest distribution channel.
