Mission Statement:

Our Core Values Are:
• Burden for the Lost (Matthew 28:19-20) God's grace knows no boundaries. NMSI likes to focus on groups generally being neglected including those in post-Christian and hard to access areas.

• Value of the Individual (2 Peter 3:9) We believe each person has been gifted for some level of ministry and is infinitely valuable to God. The call seeks to help each individual reach their God-given potential.

• Life-Long Learning (Proverbs 18:15) We believe in sharpening the saw. We seek to continue growth in knowledge, in wisdom, in professionalism and in our understanding of God and His will.

• Holy Spirit Led (Galatians 5:16) Above all we just want to do what God wants us to do. The call Uganda seeks to partner with the Holy Spirit and actively listen to God. We expect spiritual growth individually and corporately.

• Christian Unity (John 17) The call Uganda networks with a variety of Christian groups. We believe Jesus' prayer in John 17 compels us to display unity with all Christians. We are not alone here but rather a large Network that’s freely open to every one that wants to become part of what God is doing in the last days.

• Ethical Behavior (Proverbs 24:26) we are not perfect, but we strive for Godliness. The Call would like to partner with groups or individuals that display integrity, honesty, humility, respect and accountability for who God brings to work with us and we are all the same, we judge no one by the color of their skin but rather by their content they display.

• Innovation (Matthew 25:14-30) We would rather take a risk and fail, than not try at all. The Call Uganda does not believe they know it all, we will welcome your input while we look for solutions on how to make things better for those to whom life has not been fair enough, come lets make Uganda a better place.
