Organization Description: 

Urban Connection-San Antonio (UC-SA) is a holistic faith-based community development organization dedicated to addressing the root cause of poverty. We partner with the poor who come to us in need, and together we work to address issues such as hunger, education, cultural enrichment, and workforce development. We believe in empowering individuals to transform their own lives so they can achieve their full potential.

Kids Connection - UC After School Academy and summer Kid's Camp,
Resource Connection - Resource Center consists of a Food Pantry and Clothes Closet. We offer classes in job readiness, nutrition, Bible Studies, GED study groups and support, etc.
Community Connection - Community Garden, Weed and Seed Safe Haven, Volunteer and Community service Site
