Organization Description:
ViaQuest Hospice provides a safe, coordinated program of palliative and supportive care in a variety of appropriate settings, from the time of admission through bereavement, with the focus on allowing terminally ill patients to remain in their own residence.
Services are provided by a highly qualified, specially trained team of professionals and volunteers. They work together to meet the physiological, psychological, social, spiritual and economic needs of patients and families who are facing terminal illness and bereavement.
