Vietnam International Volunteer Placement Service

Organization Description:

To become a volunteer is not necessarily about your giving, the true essence of teaching is in the learning you derive from others. The growth of friendships and the knowledge you gain through Cultural exchange, is the very essence of why VIVPS was created. We exist so that both sides of the Cultural equation are the true beneficiaries.

VIVPS projects can be undertaken on a short or long term basis with our primary focus on Education, the Environment, and Community Development. VIVPS has projects in both urban and rural areas throughout Vietnam, and offers the volunteer a unique perspective on life through its diverse range of programs.

If you have a specialised skill, or maybe you have a desire to work in a certain sector or geographic location, but you are finding it difficult to find a project that meets your requirements. Then please contact us at vivps.org@gmail.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Mission Statement:

VIVPS will contribute and play a small role in the development of the disadvantaged people of the world through the unique programs that it offers to those who have a true compassion to help others, a compassion that only comes with sincere thought.

We offer an opportunity for people to share their skills with those who are most in need, and in doing so, we provide a platform for the exchange of cultures, and caring.

The disadvantaged people we serve are the most valued members of this organization. We as human beings have an obligation to treat our stakeholders and partners with respect, compassion and love. VIVPS also values the contribution that volunteers and our staff make to the enhancement of client potential, as yet unfulfilled.
