Visiting Orphans
Visiting Orphans is a mission sending agency that works to fulfill the biblical mandate given in James 1:27 of "visiting orphans" in their distress. We are currently leading trips to: China, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Honduras, Rwanda & Uganda.
Established in 2005 by America World Adoption Association as a way to further help the orphans of the world, Visiting Orphans works to fulfill the biblical mandate given in James 1:27 of "visiting orphans" in their distress.
Mission: Visiting Orphans works with Christian churches to help orphans experience the blessing of family through:
1. Reunification
2. Transitional Services
3. Adoption
We believe God desires His children to bring Him Glory through identity in Jesus Christ.
We believe that God has blessed His people so that they may be a blessing to all.
We believe that God comforts us in our troubles so that we may comfort others.
We believe that God has and will continue to turn the hearts of fathers to children and the hearts of children to fathers.
We believe God desires and gives us the ability to live pure and holy lives and defines this as visiting widows and orphans in their trouble and refraining from worldly desires.
