) DISCRIPTION OF PROJECT ACTIVITY
MAIN AREAS OF WORK
a) Education: The overall enrollment for girls and boys at the primary to secondary level has being abasement poor due to the reduction in the percentages for girls is due to early marriages, lack of resources, preference for boys, child abusing, child labor, harassment by parents and cure takers, broken homes as girls serving as house helps, street venders due to economical difficulties, lack of financial support or help, lack of computer education, no study materials, books, study decks, uniforms and scholarship.
The real problem is with the children who are not in school are about 25% at the primary school level. Its a very bad attitude for these boys and girls may not benefit from education and changes of their perception, that is the reasons why WALFND is worry about how best

they can have a very perfect and good support to help educate the unprivileged once in the
areas of education expectedly the boys and girls in the localities of the central and eastern regions, educating them in the computer soft and hard ware, information technology, networking, vocational skills, secretary and programming which after they will become a very good citizens of locality and Ghana.

b) Health: Health has being a very big challenge to Ghana and its locality mostly in the Central and Eastern Regions due to lack of found and lack of health education, due to that many have dead because of malarial, it has became a very big problem to the individuals in the villages.
Because of lack of education on health many don’t see the need of going reporting to a doctor when they are ill or sick inserted takes malaria tablets by self prescription due to that many end up dead, others contracts different kinds of disease which led some to stroke, STDs ect. Therefore WALFND have seeing the need of educating the public and the localities on how to over come the above diseases, and need to advice them on HIV/AIDS and how it can be prevented for life.

c) Rehabilitation: over the past ten to fifteen years most projects in the localities, villages, has being abounded, examples: local post office, local churches, local schools, football parks, playing grounds, farms have being rejected by the communities due to lack of financial support the people projects are rejected, children get sick, aged are help less and weak, therefore we the board of WALFND have seeing the need of rehabilitate those projects
to support the local community and to support them with computers to enable them for a better life.
d) Christian education: if we talk about Christian education, we are talking of how to help the Christian have a solid education. In Ghana many believed that their Christians because they go to church on Sundays, but if we talk about Christianity we are talking about a person who know God and do His will, Ghanaian believe that Christianity is taken about 75% but yet many don’t know the true God. Therefore we the board of WALFND made it the point that we will educate the community about how one will fear and do the will of God. Know of what salvation, healing, deliverance is all about, we will support them with some computers, audio-visual materials, books and other needed items to Bible Schools after they will become servants of God.

e) Construction: There are so many problems in constructing in the villages in Eastern and Central Regions of Ghana, most of the communities don’t have a health center, post office, playing ground, class rooms, research centers, computer labs for the localities.
WALFND: Will help constructing the above projects for the communities.f) Agricultural production: We the board of WALFND have seeing the need of helping the localities in so that the individuals can produce more food staff for the locality. We will see to it that we will support by providing some farming tools, fertilizes and ammonias to help in their production.

We will also invite the Local, national, international and global formers come to educate the organization, In Information Technology, Networking, agricultural, Health, Education in
made workshop, practical training course which target group are women, youth and children groups or organization and the moral folks, CYO's CYO's and the street children

2) BACKGROUND
WALFND PROPOSAL
West Africa Local Foundation is a non-governmental and non-profit making voluntary organization which was incorporated as an N.G.O in the year 2008. Based or head office in Accra and projects in Nsawem, Kronkrontumi, Mepom, Akrorsu, Pemtkese in the Eastern and Akra, Esosia, Ekumpuanu, Awutu Kwaman,Gomoa Amanfi and Esaitsri in the Central Regions, programmes shall be globally based in two years development for each Region in Ghana and other nation with time.
The aim is to promote participatory development of mankind in the area of health, conservation, advocacy, sanitation socio-economic development and education. (WALFND) Facilitates and responds to the needs of her partners in project designing and implementation in such a way as to enable beneficiaries participate and to become productive for the collective development of Ghana. Especially in villages of Eastern and Central and other Regions in Ghana.

UNDER COVER VISION
These project has being a strong vision of our father and founder of FORWARD IN FAITH MINISTRIES, which had help so many unprivileged ones in Zimbabwe and other parts of the world of which we are also up taking off in Ghana. The project has also train many young ones as solders of Christ sending them to prison homes, educating the woman in making talent to sale and produce their own food and small business to support the poor and the needy. To trine and equipping the royal folks in Gods word, seminars and conference all over the world and bringing many in the fear of God.

AIMS OF PROJECT
Among the areas that (WALFND) covers are:
1. Computers, Vocational and Technical skills, IT and Networking.
2. HIV/AIDS and adolescent reproductive, health education exp. Girl child education.
3. Public and Christian education through publication and audio-visual materials.
4. Working with rural communities to alleviate poverty using participatory rural appraisal techniques.
5. Projects development and appraisal.
6. Training and public events, seminars, medicals ect.
7. Construction and rehabilitation or social amenities.
8. Agricultural and crop production in palm, plantain, cassava, pawpaw plantation and live stocks.

) IMPLEMENTATION PLAN AND TIMELINE
A) CONSULTANCY AND TRAINING SERVICE
(WALFND) Provides consultancy services to community based organizations (C.B.O) individuals women group, youth group, film and music group, teachers seminars, confesses, in-service training to teachers and anyone requiring the following:
a. Computing information technology
b. Project development and computer soft and hardware training
c. Project development and appraisal
d. Project design and management
e. Project monitoring and evaluation
f. Project agriculture educating
Seminars and conferences
We also assist organizations, individuals, students, communities to improve their effectiveness through tailor, workshops, practical training course which target group are women, youth and the moral folks, CYO'S, CYB'S, Churches, musical groups and cultural groups in Africa and abroad.

ACHIEVEMENTS
The group will establish a computer training college in the hart of Gbawe Mallam the suburb of Accra to educate the youth and others who needs information on computer world, secretarial training also blanches in the Nsawem municipality.
Collaboration with sister organizations.
Establishment of a place of worship for the community which is located in the Eastern and Central regions near to Accra.
