Proposals are generally reviewed by this Foundation on an invitational basis only; for this reason, unsolicited petitions for funding will not be considered.
The Foundation only allocates funding to organizations that can keenly help others help themselves.
Organizations that receive funding from the Foundation have to provide documentation that explains [in detail] how and when the allocated funds were used.
The Foundation will only consider allocating funds for organizations that are tax exempt under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Service.
