Organization Description:
"Without Vowels" project is a wiki Web site (based on MediaWiki software) which shows every verse of Old Testament in original Hebrew, with each word being hyperlinked to its meaning in the vocabulary of declined Hebrew words (without vowels). Before doing actual translation we edit entries of our (declined) vocabulary. The aim is to create a new vocabulary which lists meanings of ALL words in the Old Testament as they appear in the text (in declined grammatical form) and use it to research all translations of Old Testament. At the site there is an EASY tutorial of biblical Hebrew without vowels. You can read it and be ready to participate afterward.
