Young And Set Apart
YASA would like to help youth introspect themselves and find their inner strength and overcome their weaknesses. So many youth have been sent away from churches, because of the Jesus_ Fake it_People's attitude. Jesus is real, Jesus can heal, He can set the captives free. We have failed to tell our youth that Jesus wants them to come to him just as they are, and He will empower them not to stay as they were. The aim is to have future leaders who know who they are, who trust in themselves, whose past do not affect their present life, and youth who can trust their future in the hands of God. We need to equip our youth for a better future. It is now, not tomorrow; it is now, not later.
The mission of YASA is to empower, equip youth in the church and send them out to make more disciples, by contributing in the society we live in. It is an adult to youth and youth to youth role model program. There will be different activities aimed to exposing youth to value what they have and who Jesus wants them to be. They will help the needy in our society, they will be part of the solution not pollution in our society. YASA will empower them to help other youth who are still struggling with the scheme of the devil. Our youth will make more disciples through community involvement, volunteering in different organization promoting the cause of the needy, social outreach, youth night, youth conference. We work with the eagle empowerment style to empower young people. They will be able to fly high above challenges youth encounter and they will be able to see from far the upcoming barriers and overcome them. The vision of the YASA is to break the generational curse, to uplift youth from bondage, to inspire them and prepare them to become confident leaders in the lord, in our society and within the their chosen careers.
