Goals through December 2007

TechMission Volunteer Coordinator Milestones

-          Call over 1,500 ministries and talk to at least 500

-          E-mail over 5,000 individuals/organizations including CV.org users, UM.org users and former TechMission/AC4 members

-          Implement and develop content for CV.org newsletter

-          Add over 500 pages of content from FastenNetwork.org and other sites

-          Create UrbanMinistry photo gallery with over 300 tagged photos

-          Create city pages for at least 5 cities

-          Call all contacts on city hub list: talk to right person at least 75% of the time

-          Call all major Christian colleges: talk to correct contact, at least 50% of schools

-          Get at least 10 churches and colleges to put our search form on their website

-          Called all former TechMission/AC4 members: talk to right person at least 50% of the time

-          Develop list of at least 75 megachurches

-          Begin e-mailing and calling megachurches

ALL CV.org Sites

-          -Total Site Traffic:  15,000 visitors per month (by December)

-          New organizational accounts : 400

-          New user accounts: 1,000

-          Volunteer opportunities posted: 400

-          Volunteers matched: 400

-          Partnerships developed: 5 major, 25 minor

-          Number of content items posted: 1,500
