Work Plan: EGC

     Work plan (3months):

          Outcomes:

• 100 new user accounts ( on Chritainvolunteering.org)
• Develop 5 partnerships with organizations
• 30 volunteer opportunities posted
• 15 volunteer matches

 Outline (plan of action)

·         Identify 10 organizational sites as possible partners

·         Set up a “volunteer coordinator Manuel” so that a set procedure is in place for the managing of volunteers

·         Assist in developing a CORI/SORI policy for volunteers

·         Assist in centralizing volunteer screening process for EGC’s volunteers

·         Assist in making brochures ( for the purpose of making our information and resources available to the public

·         Set up a mentor training for HERC and YEP sites

·         Receive training ( form Michele) via sitting in on interviews as well as following up with volunteers for feedback

·         Assist in updating our sites ( city serve and Bostoned.org in making sure that information is correct in order to ensure successful volunteer matching

·         Post  relevant content on christainvolunteering.org
