You can use the WorldCat.org citations tool to create an APA-formatted bibliography listing for a book. This video shows how.
However, WorldCat.org can't be used to generate citations for Web sources.

CitationMachine.net is probably the easiest option for creating citations for Web sources. However, it is not as useful as WorldCat for finding new sources to use for your particular topic.
It can automatically generate Web citations if you enter a page's URL. It can also be used in a "manual entry" mode where you put in the information and it formats the citation for you. This latter mode is particularly useful for books and journal articles.

This video shows how to use Zotero. Zotero is a powerful browser plugin that you can use to saving references to websites, creating lists of references, and generating citations from the saved references. The main downside to it is simply that the added power makes it somewhat more complex to use than either of the earlier options.
This video goes into some of the more detailed features of Zotero, so you can probably stop watching after the first few minutes.
