In order to compensate for the loss of information that outflows with the transition of Central City Community Outreach staff, Eugenia Delbono wrote a Program Protocol Binder to keep staff on the same page, shorten the adaptation period for new volunteers, and safeguard valuable information. Her binder centralized information into a single, easily downloadable document that provides detailed descriptions of the procedures, necessary forms, and contact information vital to CCCO's function.
Attached are a PowerPoint presentation that provides CCCO's motivations for creating such a binder, as well as a quick peek into its Table of Contents and one of its sections. Also available for download as references for creating a similar binder are Microsoft Word documents of the basic contents of the binder and various forms.
