TechMission Volunteer Coordinator Milestones
– Call over 1,500 ministries and talk to at least 500
– E-mail over 5,000 individuals/organizations including CV.org users, UM.org users and former TechMission/AC4 members
– Implement and develop content for CV.org newsletter
– Add over 500 pages of content from FastenNetwork.org and other sites
– Create UrbanMinistry photo gallery with over 300 tagged photos
– Create city pages for at least 5 cities
– Call all contacts on city hub list: talk to right person at least 75% of the time
– Call all major Christian colleges: talk to correct contact, at least 50% of schools
– Get at least 10 churches and colleges to put our search form on their website
– Called all former TechMission/AC4 members: talk to right person at least 50% of the time
– Develop list of at least 75 megachurches
– Begin e-mailing and calling megachurches

– -Total Site Traffic: 15,000 visitors per month (by December)
– New organizational accounts : 400
– New user accounts: 1,000
– Volunteer opportunities posted: 400
