ourkids-uganda is an indigenous Christian organization with a mandate of restoring hope to the orphaned and vulnerable children as well as the vulnerable persons in the community by facilitating them to realize their spiritual, emotional, social and physical lifestyle.
Ourkids-Uganda is located in Uganda, Jinja District about 70km from Kampala, Uganda's capital city.
Ourkids-Uganda was started as a church initiative to address the overwhelming need for support among orphaned children and widows in the church. However, the need for services was realized to be needed beyond the church boundaries, ourkids-Uganda incorporated as a community based organization with headquarters in Jinja a town in Eastern Uganda.
